VNext - B2B Marketing Website Redesign
This project was done at Iron Mountain. As a part of UX redesign, the entire marketing website was revamped from scratch.
US based Insurance Company
Worked directly with the CIO of the organisation. Revamped the customer journey of the ‘Rating and Policy Management’ application. I was involved in user research, research synthesis and rapid prototyping.
German Financial Services Company
This company had 3 applications that had to comply to European Standards of Ergonomics(ISO 9241, part 110). I was involved in collaborating with the major stakeholders and conducting heuristic evaluation of the applications.
NA based Insurance and Benefits Provider
I was involved in the UX revamps of the CRM application and also an insurance dashboard which involved analysing the pain points, goals and revisiting and revamping the user flow.
