455,659 out of 455,935 are new users- which means 99.93% of visitors are new users.

Problem: Bounce rate is very high compared to desktop. Hence the greater need for mobile optimisation
The navigation and the homepage should be considered as the topmost priority. The homepage is usually where the user lands on the site first. And a clear and precise navigation would allow the user to get what he wants from the site.
Many a times, users would be clueless about what they want. A good navigation would help them achieve just that.
As seen above, the residential shredding page has the maximum number of visitors. So it would make sense to add this link on the homepage for even better visibility and as a value add.
